    Products description

This G-BAG has a maximum filling capacity of approximately 2 liters. It is a cuboid tank with integrated bottom sections to maximize filling capacity in a small space.
    The tank's basic dimensions are:
    Length approx. 170 mm
    Width approx. 100 mm
    Height approx. 100 mm
    Weight: 49 grams
The tank features our patented G-BAG flange / cap system and is equipped with our own design high-flow filter clunk and 4040 Tygon tubing.
It is equipped with two hose nipples (designed for 6 mm tubing,Tygon or Festo) and supplied with self adhesive 3M Velcro straps, for a safe and reliable fixing on the mounting rail inside the fuselage.

ATTENTION, read before purchasing a G-BAG:
Our tanks are pressure-tested and leak-proof.
However, like any other fuel bag, they cannot tolerate excessive pressure. Never attempt to test the pressure, the bag can withstand ! The tank should only be filled using a suitable refueling system, such as the V-SPEAK refueling system or equivalent. Never fill the tank without a suitable refueling system and without careful observation. Adjusting the refueling pressure of your refueling system BEFORE the first refueling is your sole responsibility and is mandatory. The usual maximum refueling pressure is 0.04 bar, which should not be exceeded. The tank can withstand a pressure equivalent to ten times* this value. However, this value should never be reached, as the kerosene must not enter the pump under excessive pressure. Our tank is made of a material that begins to expand under excessive pressure* , this is to protect the welds. Excessive pressure therefore leads to visible, permanent deformation. Connecting hoses should be done carefully. Avoid twisting the connection nipples – this can lead to leaks. Hoses should be routed so that they do not prevent the tank from following its natural deformation during filling and emptying. Avoid overly rigid hoses, which would force the tank to wrinkle. After  the installation in the model, the tank should be filled and emptied several times before putting it into operation. Carefully observe whether it can expand freely and is not restricted in its natural movement by any built-in components or whether sharp objects could damage the bag wall. Venting is then done by tapping the bag wall to force any remaining air bubbles toward the flange/lid. This highest point is outside the tank compartment, and the remaining air can then escape via the refueling hose. Use a suitable, properly sealed shut-off valve – preferably a ball valve from FESTO. Comparable products – often from the Far East – have been found to be leaky. Regularly check the tank for possible damage and do not use a damaged tank. Never open the tank cap – a special tool is required to close it. This is the sole responsibility of Grumania Jets. When storing the model, kerosene may remain in the tank. However, avoid the two extreme conditions – completely empty or completely full (this measure is to prevent unnecessary wrinkling). Proper use of a bag tank requires great care and is your sole responsibility at all times. Since we cannot monitor its intended use, we assume no liability in any case. Commercial use of any kind is strictly prohibited. By purchasing a G-BAG, you acknowledge that you have read the above and will comply with these instructions.
