The De Havilland Sea Venom is scaled at 1/ 6 and is absolutely scale in outline. It has a wingspan of 2180 mm and a length of 1860 mm.
The model has a typical take off weight of around 10000 grams, equipped with a Wren 70 or similar.An even better candidate is the Jets Munt VT 80, which offers ample power at very low fuel consumption. The kit features grey painted and detailed glass fibre parts such as fuselage, nose cone, engine hatch, canopy frame, booms, rudders, elevators, wing bulges, wheel doors and tip tanks. The wings are obechi covered foam wings with ready hinged ailerons, ready made servo boxes and servo lead channels. Other parts are a detailed canopy, CNC cut formers and beech stringers, horns, ect.
The model can be built in about 40 hours and is a kit for the scale enthusiast.
